"Chienbäse"

Don't ask how to spell, I guess nobody except swiss people can :D


Just uploaded a few photographs from the "Chienbäse"-Parade in Liestal, Switzerland. This is an old tradition, where people build big torches and firewagons. Then they set them on fire and pull them through the city. Background of the whole thing is, to displace the winter and welcome spring.
